Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit, debit card and Paypal payments using cards listed on the footer of this page.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
All prices in our Online shop are listed in UK GBP Pounds Stirling. If you are purchasing from Europe or Internationally, it will be your card issuer that will determine the exchange rate.
Where can you ship MadPax product?
As an Official distributor for MadPax we now ship internationally including, the UK and Europe, Russia, the Middle East, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. Please email email@example.com for shipping quotes outside of these countries.
Please note that countries outside of the European Union will be zero rated for VAT.

What Delivery options do you offer?
We aim to ship your order within two business days and for UK deliveries it will be delivered either by Signed For Royal Mail or by UPS couriers. For European and International deliveries it will despatched either by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed (and delivered by your local postal service) or by courier.
Please note that sale items will be despatched on standard services.
Your order will require a signature when delivered, so please provide us with an address that someone will be available to sign for it. We are happy to deliver to a business address or please contact us should you wish to have your order delivered on a specific day.
If your item is not in stock, we will place it on back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added.
Credit Card Security
When an order is placed on our website, credit and debit card details are not taken by our website. All payments are handled by WorldPay or Paypal’s safe and secure online payment gateway.
MadPax guarantees a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace the product, without charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. MadPax is not able to facilitate repairs or returns on product that falls outside of this warranty.
If you believe your pack is affected by a manufacturing defect, please e-mail us at email@example.com with “Product Issue” in the subject line. Please include a short description of the defect, photos, your name and if available, a valid proof of purchase in the body of the e-mail. Once this information is received we will review and process your request within 72 hours.
To return your defective pack, we recommend you use a carrier that offers a tracking number. It is up to you to send us your pack once approved. We do not charge any shipping or handling fees for the replacement pack if available.

SD Marketing Ltd do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. We will happily accept the return of unaltered or defective full price merchandise within 30 days of receipt of your MadPaxWorld.com purchase.
Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached, in the plastic bag. MadPaxWorld.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements. All sale and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged at any time. We do not offer a freepost service for returns but exchanges are despatched without any additional delivery charges. Please ensure you get a ‘proof of postage’ from the Post Office.
Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

We hope that you will be pleased with your order, but if it is not suitable we are happy to refund or exchange within 30 days. The return post and packaging costs are not refundable, however you will not be charged any additional delivery costs for an exchange. Please return your item in its original condition to the address stated on your paperwork. We would advise obtaining a proof of postage from the post office as it is your responsibility to ensure your order is returned to us.
