What are the sizes of the packs that you offer?
Each individual product description includes dimensions for each pack. To illustrate the interior size of each, consider the following:

What material are the “Spike” packs made of?
Spike is currently offered in leather like fabric made of Polyurethane. This material delivers durable and vibrant colours that are easily cleaned. While durable, this material has a top coating for colour; if dragged or abused the colour may wear or scratch. This is considered normal wear and tear and not be covered under our warranty. The interiors are lined with polyester/nylon. All zippers are smooth functioning nylon.
What material are the “Bubble” packs made of?
Bubble is currently offered in a polyester/spandex fabric. This material delivers durable and vibrant colours that are easily cleaned. The interiors are lined with polyester/nylon. All zippers are smooth functioning nylon.
What material are the “Moppets” packs made of?
Moppets are made of a faux fur (synthetic fibers designed to resemble fur) the spikes made from a leather like fabric made of Polyurethane. The interiors are lined with polyester/nylon. All Zippers are smooth functioning nylon.
How do I clean my MadPax?
We recommend you clean your pack with a damp cloth and mild soap as necessary. Machine washing, detergents or bleach are not recommended. Line dry. We recommend you spot clean your Moppets with a lightly damp cloth.
I prefer to purchase a pack in person. Where can I go to do this?
We have a number of MadPax authorised retailer partners across the UK and Europe and the list is growing daily. Simply send a note to firstname.lastname@example.org including your address and post code and we will direct you to your closest retailer.
Where can you ship MadPax product?
As an Official UK & European site for MadPax we can ship to most European countries ( Serbia and Montenegro are not included) Please email email@example.com for up to date information and see below for shipping costs.
What do you charge for shipping if I purchase online through madpaxworld.com?
UK: £3.50 for orders up to £32 (small items including Ledlox and Mighty Bites) £6.50 for any one backpack or Pint order
All other European countries £7.00 for orders up to £32 (small items including Ledlox and Mighty Bites) £14.00 for any one backpack or Pint order
We also offer FREE SHIPPING on all UK and European orders over £85 (any two full priced backpacks – doesnt include Pint’s, Ledlox or Mighty Bites)! If a promotional code is used with the order, free shipping is only valid if the order is over £85.
Orders to Switzerland are VAT exempt and your order will deduct the 20% VAT cost at checkout.
What Delivery options do you offer?
We aim to ship your order within two business days and for UK deliveries it will be delivered either by Signed For Royal Mail or by UPS couriers. For European deliveries it will despatched either by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed (and delivered by your local postal service) or by UPS.
Your order will require a signature when delivered, so please provide us with an address that someone will be available to sign for it. We are happy to deliver to a business address or please contact us should you wish to have your order delivered on a specific day.
Do you ship outside of Europe?
Currently we only ship within the UK and Europe but we are looking to extend this to other countries. If you would like to place an order for shipping outside of Europe, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a shipping quote.
Please note that the pricing shown includes UK sales tax – VAT – at 20%. If we ship to you outside of Europe, there will be no VAT on the cost.
Are you able to send items as a gift?
We are happy to send any items as gifts and we will email your order receipt to you and send the item out on your behalf.
Do you offer returns or exchanges on product purchased through MadPaxWorld.com?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. We will happily accept the return of unaltered or defective full price merchandise within 30 days of receipt of your MadPaxWorld.com purchase.
Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached, in the original plastic bag. MadPaxWorld.com reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements. All sale and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged at any time.
Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and we do not offer a free returns service but there are no additional delivery charges for exchanged items.
My pack has a defect, what do I do?
MadPax offers a 60-day warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace the product, without charge. Should you receive a backpack with a manufacturing defect, please be sure to contact us right away. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence or normal wear and tear. Examples of normal wear and tear are, split zippers, peeling spikes, frayed edges, and ripped interior lining. Warranty claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. MadPax does not facilitate repairs or returns on product that fall outside of this warranty.
How can I report a defective pack?
If you believe your pack is affected by a manufacturing defect, please e-mail us at email@example.com with “Product Issue” in the subject line. Please include a short description of the defect, photos, your name and if available, a valid proof of purchase in the body of the e-mail. Once this information is received we will review and process your request within 72 hours. We ask you to cover the costs of shipping the replacement pack out to you.
How do I ship my defective pack back to you once I get authorisation?
You can choose any method, however we recommend you use a carrier that offers a tracking number. It is up to you to send us your pack once approved. We do not charge any shipping or handling fees for the replacement pack if available.
