Covid-19 Update

Here at Madpaxworld we are a family run business and we wanted to reassure our valued customers that in these very uncertain times that we are continuing to operate as normal.

Currently, shipping out of all orders worldwide has not been affected.

Delivery to some parts of the world may experience delays or temporary suspensions.

Our delivery partners including UPS, DPD and international postal services update us regularly on their services We will endeavour to check your postal code / zip code and inform you prior to despatch of any potential delays to your order.

The welfare of our customers and our team here is our priority and we are maintaining social distancing, working from home where possible and following Public Health England guidelines to ensure a clean environment and practising strict personal hygiene.

Royal Mail have stated that Public Health England have confirmed that people receiving parcel deliveries are not at risk of contracting Covid-19 and that all their staff are taking extra measures to avoid close contact with the public.

Should you need any advice at all on products, shipping options etc please email us at sales@madpaxworld.com and we will respond within 2 business days.

Should you need to return anything for an exchange or a refund and cannot get to a Post Office if you are self-isolating, please be assured that we are happy to extend the returns period for 90 days but just drop us an email so we look out for your order in the future.
